National Instrument's LabVIEW provides a
graphical programming language for user-build of customised interfaces
to diverse instruments and devices. Drivers for LabVIEW software
are now introduced for the full range of Hiden Analytical Windows-based
quadrupole mass spectrometers, enabling control and data integration
concurrent with multiple process device operation and monitoring.
The Hiden drivers are automatically self-configuring, with all mass
spectrometer control parameters grouped within LabVIEW for convenient
programming for the full application range including residual gas analysis,
surface science studies, gas and plasma analysis.
All Hiden LabVIEW drivers are supplied with a pre-programmed virtual
instrument interface for convenient initial start-up, and are offered
to users free-of-charge. Drivers can be obtained directly on request
from Hiden Analytical, and will be available for download from other
pages of this website.
